HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

Amberfield Loom Property Management is a Columbus property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
