HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Wilder Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
