HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

Bright Junction Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Columbus. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
