HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Stonegate West Arts Center Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
