HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

Stonegate Pike Learning Group is an education provider in Columbus serving students and families, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
