HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind Bridge Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Colorado Springs area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
