HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind Quarry Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Colorado Springs with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
