HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Harbor Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Colorado Springs area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 602 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
