HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

Amberfield North Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Colorado Springs, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
