HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Drift Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Colorado Springs. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
