HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Iron Construction Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
