HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove Junction Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
