HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

Amberfield Birch Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Colorado Springs, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
