HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lakeside Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
