HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind Bridge Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Colorado Springs, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
