HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind Fern Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Colorado Springs area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
