HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Nova Umber Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 618 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
