HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Union Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 749 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
