HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Cedar Iron Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
