HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Wren Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
