HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Kestrel Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
