HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Union Legal Group is a Cincinnati practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 401 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
