HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Summit Corner Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
