HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind Loom Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
