HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Timber Learning Group is an education provider in Cincinnati serving students and families, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
