HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Pine Press produces print and digital publications in Cincinnati. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
