HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Cedar Kestrel Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
