HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Cedar Foods Partners produces packaged foods at its Cincinnati plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
