HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Fern Foods produces packaged foods at its Chicago plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
