HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Summit Property Management looks after rental homes across the Chicago area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
