HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath River Markets Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
