HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Haven Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
