HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood West Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
