HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Chicago, IL)

Lumen Maple Press Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
