HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Rowan Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
