HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Loom Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
