HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Junction Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
