HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Fox Press is a printer and publisher in Charlotte serving local and national clients, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
