HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Sparrow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Charlotte area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
