HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Willow Learning Group is an education provider in Charlotte serving students and families, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
