HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Junction Markets serves neighbourhoods around Charlotte with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
