HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charlotte, NC)

Cedar Iron Housing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
