Westbrook Corner Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
