HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Granite Water Authority Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
