HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Nova Bridge Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
