HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Loom Construction and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
