HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charlotte, NC)

Cedar Stone Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
