HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charleston, SC)

Westbrook Union Hospitality is a hospitality company in Charleston with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
