HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charleston, SC)

Amberfield Vista Staffing Group is a Charleston staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
