HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Quarry Care Services provides in-home and community support in Charleston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
